We developed a franchise scholarship program that will reduce the
franchise fee by 25 percent for each consecutive year the employee has worked
with ASP. This program not only helps us to retain top talent, but also will
help us ensure that future pool service business franchise locations are placed
in capable hands. The best part is that current franchise owners will not have
to worry about their employees opening up shop and becoming competition, as
each participant will be granted their own exclusive territory.
The first employee to take advantage of this program, Stephen
Wise, will open his doors in Sarasota, Florida in spring of 2016. Wise has
worked at the first ASP location in Macon, Georgia for three years, earning him
a 75 percent discount on franchising fees.
